Job Summary

  • Review invoices and statements for accuracy
  • Code and process incoming invoices (3way match) according to company procedures
  • Upload invoices into ERP System
  • Respond to vendor inquiries, research and resolve billing disputes
  • Maintain proper back up files for research and reference
  • Research for audits, provide backup
  • Ensure compliance with all standard accounting polices and SOX requirements
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers
  • Communicate as necessary with accounting team to ensure invoices are processed timely
  • Assist in the monthend closing process
  • Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
**Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or construction accounting
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal, written, inperson and by telephone
  • Strong organizational, problemsolving, and attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of basic accounting math and accurate in data entry with 10key operation experience
**Preferences

  • Experience using Lawson Software, and Salesforce

Compensation
- $22-$25 per hour, based on experience
