Responsibilities:


As a Corporate Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in our growth journey by embodying a rapid-growth mindset and delivering exceptional experiences to both internal stakeholders and potential team members.

Your primary responsibility will be to attract and retain high-performing talent aligned with our core values of Family, Authenticity, Integrity, and Quality.

From workforce planning to sourcing, screening, and facilitating offers, you'll lead the full-cycle talent acquisition process for various functional corporate roles, mid to seasoned professionals, and top leadership positions.


Responsibilities:
Collaborate with functional leaders to calibrate talent needs, design candidate success profiles, and prioritize opportunities.

Employ a variety of sourcing methods, including traditional and non-traditional (networking, social groups, databases, social media, etc.) to source and recruit potential talent.

Develop and nurture talent pipelines through creative strategies.

Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders- always providing a positive update on the open jobs and maintaining transparency of the pipeline outlook.

Utilize and Maintain the ATS platform.
Manage relationships with recruiting sites, headhunters, and staffing agencies.
Post and promote jobs to the appropriate places - job boards, newspapers, community services, employment agencies, and universities.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.
Assess potential applicants for their relevant knowledge, experience, training, skills, aptitudes, and soft skills.

Soft hand-off of selected talent to HR Team for onboarding new staff Partner with HR team to develop job descriptions as well as job specifications, and ensure they are kept updated.

Provide recruiting reports on key metrics; influence decision making through analytics and trends.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates during screening process- always providing a positive candidate experience.

Required Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of recruiting and sourcing experience.
Experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry and manufacturing environment.
Proven track record in recruiting for sales roles.
Familiarity with food and beverage industry recruiting is preferred.
Proficiency in utilizing and interpreting assessments in the hiring process is preferred.

Experience in conducting different types of job interviews, such as structured, stress, or competency-based; group, panels, or other format for professional & high-volume recruiting.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field Skills:
RequiredExpert level with ATS systems (Silkroad preferred) and Candidate Management SystemsExcellent communication, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
