Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments to diagnose and treat hearing disorders.
- Provide personalized treatment and counseling for patients with hearing impairments.
- Recommend, fit, and dispense hearing aids based on individual patient needs.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate with our ENT specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in audiology and hearing aid technology.
- Establish and cultivate relationships with patients and encourage word-of-mouth referrals.
- Create and manage your hearing aid practice within the ENT clinic.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the practice through excellence in patient care and service.
- Current licensure as an Audiologist in the state of Florida.
- Master's or Doctorate in Audiology from an accredited institution.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build patient trust and rapport.
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and satisfaction.
- Self-motivated, with an entrepreneurial spirit to develop a hearing aid practice.
- Willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing audiology and hearing aid dispensing.
