We are a fast-growing, global company with a range of established off-highway tire brands. With large OE's increasingly seeking full wheel and tire assemblies, the mounting business is a strategic capability that is critical for us to continue to grow. As such, we are seeking a highly motivated individual with significant experience in off-highway tire mounting operations to join our Houston Assembly Facility.

The Operations Technician will report to the Operations Coordinator and will require a diverse skill set, including:

  • A strong belief that all employees should be able to go home in the same state of health as they arrived at work, that is, an indefatigable commitment to safety
  • Ability to take on different roles and responsibilities within the tire mounting program.
  • A collaborative work style to be a part of a strong team with an efficiency mindset, helping drive continuous improvement and growth of the business.
  • Quality focused attention to detail to deliver the best experience and product to our customers.
  • Ability to mount tire and wheel assemblies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to identify proper tire orientation based on customer requirements.
  • Ability to properly identify labels with various customer part numbers.
  • Ability to effectively load and unload truckloads of material.
  • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift, stoop, bend, and push up to 150lbs for long periods of time.
  • Fast learner of practical application of various skills with problem solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively perform and report task objectives.
  • Reinforcing the company values of Entrepreneurship, Customer Centricity, Humility, and Integrity while working within a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Ability to identify potential safety concerns and report to team leadership.
  • Provide feedback and potential process improvements to drive sustainability and support growth.
The assembly operation is based in Houston, TX. As such, candidates will need to be based there.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a tire mounting operation preferred. (Off-Highway or OTR experience is a plus)
  • Minimum High School Diploma/GED Required
  • Willingness to relocate to Houston, TX
