Precision Landscape Management is now hiring a full-time permanent position as a Landscape Hardscape Crew Leader. Join our growing and friendly team working in a fast-paced environment We value hard work and dedication and desire to see you grow with our company.

Typical Day

  • Be responsible for and install high-end hardscaping/paver projects for our clients to include, but not limited to, pathways, patios, driveways, retaining walls, etc.
  • Oversee and participate in the loading of vehicles and preparation for the job site.
  • Assist as needed with plants, sod, mulch, irrigation, and drainage for our clients.
  • Represent the company well on-site through good communication with clients and fellow team members, maintain clean work sites and respectable looking equipment and trucks.
  • If experience warrants, ensure that the whole team works on tasks assigned to that day that contribute to the completion of that specific project.
  • Maintains communication with the Project Manager.
  • May be part of a small team or at times, based on project and timing, may be working individually.
Requirements

(You may apply even if you don't meet every qualification)
  • 3+ years minimum of landscape experience required.
  • 2+ years of experience of hardscaping projects involving pavers required.
  • Capable of understanding instructions and performing tasks adeptly and efficiently while also having an artistic mindset and an eye for beauty.
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience working with clients on customized projects.
  • Ability to develop a knowledge of the job flow and processes for completing tasks.
  • Knowledge of how to use landscape-related equipment.
  • Some working knowledge of irrigation, drainage & landscape installation.
  • Ability to remain professional in difficult circumstances.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding role that may include prolonged periods of standing and lifting over 50 pounds.
