Job Description:

  • Present a professional image of the organization in all interactions
  • Process and document new referrals
  • Contact Community Representatives promptly upon referral receipt
  • Notify Clinical Director of upcoming admissions
  • Keep referral sources updated on intake progress
  • Track compliance for skilled patients, consents, and admission paperwork

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three years of relevant work experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Capable of multitasking and good typing skills
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and professionalism
