Job Description:
- Present a professional image of the organization in all interactions
- Process and document new referrals
- Contact Community Representatives promptly upon referral receipt
- Notify Clinical Director of upcoming admissions
- Keep referral sources updated on intake progress
- Track compliance for skilled patients, consents, and admission paperwork
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years of relevant work experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Capable of multitasking and good typing skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette and professionalism
