Stonerise Summersville, part of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is currently looking for CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) professionals to join our nursing team.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • Completion of an Approved Nurse Aide Training Program

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in and receive resident reports at start/end of shift.
  • Provide personal/nursing care per resident care plan.
  • Facilitate and conduct activities.
  • Monitor & respond to resident requests respectfully.
  • Maintain a clean and pleasant environment for residents.
  • Assist in preparing residents for various activities.
  • Ensure dignified and respectful resident care.
  • Perform basic nursing care procedures as necessary.
  • Create a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
  • Meet residents' food service needs compassionately.
  • Document resident activities and needs accurately.
  • Adhere to all policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and educational programs.
  • Perform other related tasks as required.
