LPN for Corrections ( SVSP/PP )

Sun to Thursday 6a-230p
* $55 per hour
* $85 overtime rate

Duties:

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
  • Perform diagnostic evaluations and assist in developing care plans
  • Conduct IV insertions and monitor IV therapy
  • Provide skilled nursing care in various settings such as internal medicine, hospice care, and home care
  • Assist with neonatal ventilator support and ventilator management
  • Coordinate discharge planning and patient education
  • Utilize Cerner or similar electronic health record systems for documentation

Requirements:

  • Valid LPN license in the state of practice
  • Proficiency in medication administration and IV insertion
  • Experience with neonatal ventilators and ventilator management
  • Strong understanding of discharge planning and home care services
  • Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations and implement care plans effectively

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Cerner or similar EHR systems
  • Experience in internal medicine, hospice care, and home care settings
