Mainly supporting the OSS and Operations Departments (PNG Wide).Duties and ResponsibilitiesContractor Billing, sorting, organizing, and processing all Contractor Pipeline/Restoration billing for the Wilkes Barre Areas.

Enter orders and track all restoration cuts. Maintain/submit reports along with entering orders and fielding questions for both Company and Contractors. Back Up for Contractor Pipeline/Restoration billing PNG Wide.
Complete timesheets in R2 for field personnel, file maintenance when necessary.

Ops Notifications - review, sort, assign and/or process the Ops issues to the responsible areas parties along with communicating their existence, PNG Wide.

Financials, reconciling Fiori Inbox Notification, Requisition entry, Concur reconciling for Wilkes Barre office and Request for Checks.

Ordering office supplies, kitchen supplies, office and field equipment/materials, filing, support Wilkes Barre Supervision and field personnel, assist in OSS projects and other duties as assigned.

Backup, learning and maintaining knowledge to be the backup for OSS offices PNG wide.

Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesTechnical Writing skillsStrong Microsoft Application skillsStrong written and verbal skillsOrganizationTask ManagementAbility to effectively interact with fellow employees, customers, and general publicProblem solving abilities in emergency situationsAbility to effectively read maps, service records, etc.
