Role

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our IT team as a Business Analyst. You will collaborate with the business unit to enhance processes and efficiency, implement HR business solutions in Core HR, Recruiting, Talent, and Performance management areas, and provide post-implementation support. This role involves significant responsibility and engagement with key stakeholders from both the business and IT spheres. We are looking for a well-rounded individual with substantial experience in HR solutions implementation and cross-functional teamwork within the organization. This role necessitates exceptional communication and organizational skills, strong determination, and the ability to meet challenging timelines.

How you will contribute:

  • Analyze intricate business issues with automated systems.
  • Collaborate with business teams to assess and express technical requirements, as well as determine the impact, risk, and benefits of various solutions
  • Provide technical insight in identifying, assessing, designing, and developing cost-effective systems, processes, and procedures that fulfill user needs.
  • Become an expert in processes and subject matter.
  • Set up system configurations (mainly with SAP SuccessFactors), conduct unit, integration, and acceptance testing; and develop system specifications to meet business demands.
  • Create test metrics, plans, identify regression tests, and collaborate with QA for system, integration, and regression testing.
  • Deliver third-level post-implementation support to business users with a strong focus on client service.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst in the HR field.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially in Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding modules
  • Technical familiarity with SAP HCI is desired
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach and thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving workloads and shifting priorities
  • Extensive experience in understanding user requirements and drafting functional specifications for new systems, system modifications, or enhancements
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent follow-up abilities, result-oriented mindset, and effective oral/written communication skills.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously within strict deadlines and changing priorities
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and within diverse project teams
  • Display a mindset for innovation, curiosity to challenge conventions, willingness to learn and engage with various systems
  • Proficient at presenting complex solutions to technical and non-technical personnel across all organizational levels. Skilled at fostering consensus throughout the organization.
  • Showcase technical creativity and effective multitasking capabilities.
  • Solid grounding in general IT principles (databases, security, networking).
