As a Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC) or Licensed Clinical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical services to patients in an in-person, office-based environment. We seek Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for full-time positions in our Appleton, WI, location.

Clinicians have the option of onsite, telehealth, or hybrid scheduling.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders
  • Provide treatment for a variety of mental health conditions using treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods
  • Systematically track treatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects or complications

Required Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
  • Independent mental health license in WI
  • 2+ years of clinical experience
  • Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
  • Solid computer and basic technology skills
  • Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development
  • Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with children or adolescents
  • Experience with couples or family counseling
  • Experience with health psychology
  • Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations
