Position Details:

  • This is a 2nd shift role with hours from 3 PM to 12 AM, Monday to Friday, and occasional Saturdays.
  • Hourly rate: $16.50

Responsibilities of a Warehouse Worker at Ice Cream Specialties:

  • Stack supplies onto pallets and carts efficiently
  • Optimize warehouse space by consolidating products
  • Inspect items for quality and damage
  • Check product labeling and dates upon unloading from trucks
  • Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

  • Valid fork-truck operator certification
  • Ability to unload trucks and semi-trailers
  • Good mathematical, writing, and reading skills
  • Strong team player with excellent communication abilities
  • Effective time management skills to handle multiple priorities
  • Availability to work weekends when required

Additional Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills

Work Environment:

Be prepared for temperature variations and loud noise levels in the work environment.

Physical Demands:

Expect physical tasks including bending, walking, working in extreme temperatures, and more. You should be able to respond quickly to production needs, lift heavy equipment, and have specific visual abilities.
