Investigative Home Inspection, Inc. is seeking a certified home inspector to join our team. Our service area in the following areas of Gwinnett, Hall County, Forsyth County, Auburn, Fulton, Cobb, Cherokee, Atlanta, and the surrounding area. Our office is based in Buford.

This can be a full or part-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed reports for clients, including photos and descriptions of any issues found
• Perform thorough home inspections, including but not limited to, structural, plumbing, and electrical components
• Maintain knowledge of current building codes, regulations and ASHI Standards of Practice
• Communicate effectively with clients to review inspection results, answer questions, and provide recommendations.
• Coordinate scheduling with clients and real estate agents to perform inspections in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Home Inspection: 2 years (Required)
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Driver's License (Required)
• ASHI or InterNACHI Certificate (Required)
