Job Description

The Receptionist plays a pivotal role as the initial point of contact for greeting visitors both in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities include promptly answering a multi-line telephone system, welcoming visitors courteously and professionally, and offering assistance and information to various departments as required.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answering a multi-line telephone system, identifying caller needs, and directing them to the appropriate department.
  • Greeting visitors, assessing their requirements, and coordinating with the relevant department for visitor guidance.
  • Supervising the visitor sign-in and security procedures.
  • Managing the conference room reservation schedule.
  • Supporting different departments with special assignments when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
  • Minimum of 1-year receptionist experience in a professional business setting.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of collaborating effectively with all departments under minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Punctuality and strong time-management skills.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Authorization to work in the USA is mandatory.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background checks, MVR, drug tests, and a valid driver's license.
