LTD Hospitality Group is looking for enthusiastic individuals with a strong background in hotel operations to join our team as a Houseman.

• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order in corridors and public areas following established housekeeping protocols and safety standards.
• Aid room attendants by handling heavy items, delivering supplies, and ensuring overall hotel cleanliness.
• Perform carpet shampooing, floor maintenance, and general cleaning tasks throughout designated areas of the hotel.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure timely delivery of housekeeping supplies.
• Inspect public areas to maintain cleanliness standards and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
