Under the direct supervision of the Property Operations Manager the Custodian Technician is responsible for the overall upkeep of The Lineup grounds and facilities, ensuring tasks get completed on time.

This position keeps the location clean and safe in all areas.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Sweeping and maintaining the grounds to keep clean and orderlyDisposing of trash and emptying trash receptaclesClearing brush and trimming shrubs around various parts of the propertyMaintains a clean and safe work environment, including worksite and equipmentMaintaining inventory of cleaning agents and equipmentClean, sanitize, and supply bathrooms and showersClean and service custodial equipment as neededPerform minor repairs on furniture, buildings, and equipmentReport any safety, sanitary, or fire hazards to the appropriate departmentExperience and QualificationsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) requiredPrevious custodial and grounds experience preferredAbility to understand and follow verbal and written instructionsPossess working knowledge of the methods, technique, and materials used in custodial workFamiliar with operating, caring for, and storing custodial equipment and suppliesPersonal AttributesCommunicates effectivelyAbility to follow oral instructions and read written instructionsAbility to use hand tools, operate motorized equipment and vehicles such as cars, trucks and vans.
