Description: As a Final Test Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our products before they are delivered. Your responsibilities will vary from conducting tests to troubleshooting production process problems while working with cutting-edge technology.


What You Will Do:

  • Work closely with engineering and support functions to develop manufacturing processes
  • Conduct tests and collect data across multiple test labs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production process issues
  • Run FAT test software using various programs
  • This is a 2nd shift position based in Goleta, CA

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • AA/AS degree or equivalent training with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency with Test Software such as Testlab, Matlab, DAVE core & Talon
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Active U.S. government issued security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in training others
