Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES:


In this role, you will reconcile programs created within our tool (Model N), with the communication of enabled programs which have been provided to our customers/retailers, and potentially to their systems of records.

You will develop an understanding of our products, promotional calendars per retailer, and seasonalities.


Additionally, while working with Sales and customer contacts, you will also be working with IT to help automate/semi automate reconciliations on a per customer basis, and identifying/suggesting possibilities for improvement and risk mitigation.

Understanding of processes will also need to be documented and published internally.


The role is based in Milpitas, CA, with the current expectation upon starting that the candidate will be in the office M, W, Th.

Qualifications

The soft skill set to work cross functionally, with Sales, Pricing, Claims Department, IT, and Customer contacts
Proficiency in Excel

Data Analytics:
Familiarity with tools, reconciliations, an eye for automation, and a vision for improvements
Attention to detail, along with the ability to 'self check'
Ability to drive and influence change
4+ years of work experience in Data Analytics / Accounting / Business FInance / Pricing
