Join our team as a Temporary Payroll Specialist


Our client, a dynamic organization dedicated to lifestyle living for seniors, is transitioning from Paylocity to UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) for their payroll system. To ensure a smooth transition, we are looking for a Temporary Payroll Specialist to support the HR team for 4-8 weeks.



Responsibilities:
  • Key role in transitioning data from Paylocity to UKG systems
  • Accurate data entry for new hires in both systems
  • Collaborate with HR team for seamless payroll operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Maintain detailed records of payroll transactions
  • Communicate updates to stakeholders as necessary

Requirements:
  • Experience in payroll administration
  • Familiarity with Paylocity and UKG systems
  • Keen attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Capacity to handle sensitive information with confidentiality


Duration and Schedule:

This temporary Full-Time position will continue until the completion of the transition. Scheduled Monday to Friday, 8-5.
