Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our employees and visitors.

Duties:

  • Perform custodial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
  • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
  • Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including break rooms and conference rooms
  • Perform floor care duties such as buffing, waxing, and carpet cleaning
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of cleaning supplies
  • Follow established safety protocols to maintain a hazardfree work environment

Skills:

  • Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred
  • Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation
  • Ability to perform floor care tasks such as buffing and waxing
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required.
