ObGyn Hospitalist physician job in Virginia : Locum Fredericksburg, Virginia, OB/GYN OpeningClinical Role:

    • Start Date: 7/15/24
    • Contract Length: 6+ months
    • Shift Details: 24/7 in house call coverage
    • Amount of coverage needed per month: 10-13 shifts per month
    • Patients per day: Approx 200 deliveries per month
    • Department description: Labor and limited antepartum admission, postpartum and rounds. Average risk pts with NICU/Peds Support. OB triage coverage. Ed consults and Inpt consults.
    • Support Staff: I NP, 24/7 Anes, Peds and Level 3 NICU. No OB Hos backup available to start. Ideally want 2 MDs each day.
    • Building midwife program. Work around locums availability
    • EMR: Epic
    • Practice Setting: Hospital
    • Board Certified Required
    • License required: VA or in process
    • DEA
    • Credentialing Timeframe: 30 Days. Must submit case logs within last 2 years

Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
