Job Description:

Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced School RN for a full-time contract position in the Greater Boston area for the 2024-2025 school year. We will also consider LPNs with trach experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to students, including those with tracheostomy needs
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor and manage chronic health conditions and emergencies
  • Develop and implement individualized health care plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student health and well-being
  • Maintain accurate health records and documentation
  • Participate in IEP and 504 plan meetings as needed
  • Provide health education and training to staff and students

Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in Massachusetts
  • LPNs with trach experience are welcome to apply
  • Experience in a school setting preferred
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
