Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and professional Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2024/2025 school year in Newton, NC. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping students achieve their full potential by providing comprehensive speech and language services.

**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and treatment plans.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting for students.

**Qualifications:**
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in North Carolina.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience in a school setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
