**Position Overview:**

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year in the Chicago area. Whether you are a Clinical Fellow (CF) or have your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), we encourage you to apply. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on students' communication skills and overall educational experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's specific needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided and student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans.
- Provide consultation and training to teachers and staff on speech and language development.

**Qualifications:**

- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Illinois state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
