Soliant Education is thrilled to offer a full-time position for an Occupational Therapist (OT) in the vibrant community of Janesville, WI. This role is an excellent chance to contribute to student development and success within a supportive school setting throughout the entire school year. Role Responsibilities:

  • Customized Therapy: Develop and execute tailored therapy plans and individualized education programs (IEPs) to enhance students fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living functions.
  • Assessment & Treatment: Perform detailed evaluations to understand each student's needs and provide targeted interventions to support their progress.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with teachers, parents, and school staff to incorporate therapy goals into everyday classroom activities, supporting overall student growth.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of therapy sessions, student progress, and interactions with parents and school personnel.
  • Professional Engagement: Participate in school meetings and ongoing professional development to stay informed about the latest techniques and advancements in occupational therapy.

What Were Looking For:

  • Educational Qualifications: Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or a related discipline.
  • Licensure: Valid OT license or certification in Wisconsin.
  • Experience: Experience in a school setting is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively interact with students, families, and educational staff.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
