Vaco has partnered in the search for a Director of E-commerce & Conversion Strategy for a well known NC company in the education space. This leadership role will develop and execute data-driven strategies and promote the priorities of marketing, finance, IT, sales, and merchandising. 

**Unable to work C2C. Company is unable to offer visa sponsorship.**

Onsite role in Greensboro, NC
Relocation offered. 
Salary: up to $115k with full benefits 

Looking for: 
Experience either hands on or leading staff doing A/B testing, CMS systems, GA4, growing eCommerce sales, particularly in a B2B, space.

- Deep understanding of eCommerce dynamics with a proven track record in B2B and B2C environments.
- 8 yrs. of Ecommerce experience - conversion strategy, technical integrations, people leadership, and digital marketing.
