Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Neuro Stepdown 10Tower

Shift : Nights, 7p-7a, 12x3, 36hrs per week

Length : 13 weeks

Requirements:

  • TN License
  • 2 years experience
  • BLS
  • ACLS

Other Details:

  • Must have Acute Care strong nursing skills and time management. Neuro stepdown, I would like stepdown experience.
  • Documentation system: Meditech
  • Patient Ratios :6:1 on Acute Care 4:1 on Neuro stepdown
  • Number of Beds : 30 22 Acute Care 8 Stepdown
  • Floating policy:. Experience nurses can float after orientation
  • Patient Experience requirements: Bedside shift report, personal connection, and daily huddle.
