Soliant Health is seeking a Travel OR RN to join our team for an exciting assignment in Olney, Maryland. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room (OR), including preoperative assessment, intraoperative care, and postoperative monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety during surgical procedures.
  • Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with patient positioning and preparation for surgery.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record system.
  • Adhere to strict safety protocols, infection control procedures, and regulatory standards to maintain a safe surgical environment.

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Maryland (or compact state) with at least two years of recent OR experience.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required; CNOR certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, instrumentation, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new environments and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
