Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center is a 921-bed hospital acute care and surgical facility that has served the Winston-Salem community since 1964. The hospital is home to a 56-bed level IV NICU, maternal-fetal medicine for high-risk pregnancies and educational classes for new parents. The facility is a Center of Excellence in Minimally Invasive Gynecology and a NICHE Designated Hospital, and has received NCQA Physician Quality Awards and Magnet Recognition. It also houses a breast center nationally accredited by the American College of Surgeons.

Winston-Salem is located in the central Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina. Now home to nearly 250k residents, the community dates back to 1733 and offers a plethora of unique historical tours and quaint neighborhoods to explore. With 80 recreational parks, 12 golf courses, four history gardens, 450 restaurants and 45() wineries - plus kid-friendly activities like prospecting at the Daniel Boone Gem Mine or visiting Körner’s Folly - the 'strangest house in the world' - residents have a lot of options. Easy trips from the area include skiing or hiking in the Blue Ridge Mountains and dolphin-spotting on South Carolina's beaches.

Novant Health Kernersville Medical Center (NHKMC) offers comforting and safe prenatal, delivery, and postnatal care with a team of experts including OB/GYNs, Nurse Midwives, Anesthesiologists, Neonatologists, and lactation consultants. NHKMC has recently been awarded a Grade A Safety designation by the Leapfrog Group and has achieved the prestigious Magnet Recognition for nursing excellence. NHKMC is opening a state-of-the-art birthing center in early 2024, complete with spacious delivery rooms with soaking tubs, prenatal classrooms, and lactation support rooms.

Located in the triad of Winston-Salem, Greensboro, and High Point, Kernersville is an ideal small town right on the edge of three large cities. Explore the 22 room historic house of Körners Folly or walk around the Ciener Botanical Gardens.
