Vaco Staffing is searching for a Global Sourcing Manager for a client in Milwaukee, WI. This is a direct hire role with our client.  

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage procurement processes
  • Lead and manage contract negotiation with suppliers
  • Optimize cost and manage budget
  • Evaluate key market drivers of logistics cost.
  • Builds strategic relationships internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive and execute logistics sourcing initiatives
  • Coach and train team members

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree required
  • 5+ years of Global Supply Chain experience required
  • 3+ years of Supervisor experience required
