ID: 52459252 Shift: 08:00-16:30 Description: : Memorial Health Meadows hospital Location: Vidalia, Ga Address: 2 Meadows Parkway Unit: All units Building: Main hospital General Information Unit Specifics: Number of Beds : 59 Patient Ratios : 11-12 daily Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 2 Full Time PTs Type of equipment : Standard for Acute Inpatient Services Documentation system: Meditech Expanse Scheduling special requirements: Will be weekend rotation and potential Holiday coverage depending on start date Floating policy: May be required to cover OP (minimally during times of staff PTO) Patient Experience requirements: 1 years Acute inpatient preferred Hospital Specifics- Certifications: The Joint Commission Hiring profile Years of Experience Required: 1 year preferred Requested Skill Set: None Must have: PT license for Ga Advanced skills needed: none Procedures performed on unit: Treatment of Acute inpatients usually consisting of bed mobility training, transfer training, gait training and Therapeutic Exercises Certifications Required: None Dress Code: (Required uniform) Scrubs Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
