**Job Description:**

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in St. Clair Shores, MI for the 2024/2025 school year. As an SLP, you will work directly with students to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and speech disorders, helping them achieve their full potential in the academic environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct speech and language assessments for students.
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students educational needs.
- Monitor and document student progress.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to educational planning.

**Qualifications:**

- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Michigan SLP license.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working in a school setting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
