About the role:

The APM, who shall act for the Contractor in the absence of the PM, provides adjudication support for Federal Adjudicators to make suitability and national security recommendations in accordance with the relevant Executive Orders (E.O.s), U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs), and the policies, orders, and guidelines with the understanding that final suitability and national security determinations are made by appropriate Federal Adjudicators.

 

Functional Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as PM's representative in daily operations and liaison with SecD UC.
  • Contractor designated APM assumes the role of PM when the PM is absent or the position is temporarily vacant.
  • Assists with managing and overseeing the administrative and daily operations of the program.
  • Serves as assistant to the lead on the BPA and as the liaison between the Government and the Contractor.
  • Facilitates effective communication and proactively identifies and mitigates issues within the Contractor's team and between the Contractor and the various Government customers.
  • Attends regular and frequent meetings with Government customers to discuss/brief workload, contract performance, and emergent issues.
  • Produces required contractual and programmatic reports and
  • Exercises quality control measures over Contractor staff to deliver services and products on budget and schedule per BPA and SOW requirements.

  • Implement short and long-term workplans to ensure work performance
  • Responsible for formulating and enforcing work
  • Coordinates with Government customer for assignment of work schedules
  • Reviews and remediate work discrepancies.
  • Supervises Contractor personnel, communicate policies and organizational goals.
  • Responsible for contract performance.
  • Responsible for tracking all incoming Contractor personnel and weekly reports to Government customers of status and processing issues.
  • Coordinate manpower and resources, assure quality control programs are in place and consistent.

 

Educational/Experience/Training Requirements: 

  • Current TS security clearance and must be capable of obtaining SCI access that includes a requirement to pass a security CI polygraph exam.
  • Minimum of eight (8) plus years Federal Law Enforcement (10) plus years of experience managing tasks and supervising people to include experience in human resources and personnel security.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • At least five (5) years of experience directly related to managing or performing responsibilities similar to those described herein and in the SOW.
  • Prior experience as a federal employee for the FBI.

 

Preferred Requirements: 

  • Prior FBI Supervisory Experience
  • Prior security management experience.
  • Experience with performance management
  • Experience with data analytics and developing KPIs/Metrics.
  • Advanced degree in any field of study preferred.
