Calling on Speech-Language Pathologists who want to work with smaller communities in New England Soliant has partnered with a school community in Woodsville, NH, and is seeking a contract provider to work with Elementary and Middle school students.

Applicants considering relocation to this area may be eligible for a housing and meal stipend

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communications Disorders
  • New Hampshire Speech-Language Pathology License

Additional information about the District, and the building assignments, will be shared in a direct interview with school administrators, following a successful phone screening with Soliant representatives.

As a school-based SLP, you will:

  • Assess students referred for possible speech and language needs.
  • Determine student eligibility for speech services, or dismissing students who do not need further speech support.
  • Provide individual and/or group therapy sessions for students with identified speech and language disorders.
  • Develop individualized education plans and present them to parents, school administrators, and others involved with student evaluations.
  • Consult with teachers, counselors, parents, nurses, and administrators on speech and language concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records for all students on the caseload.
  • Provide reports of a students progress to parents.
  • Organize student caseload and develop a schedule for each assigned school.
  • Develop resource materials for use in speech and language development.
