Corporate IT Recruiter

• Partner with internal managers to understand hiring needs
• Ensure the end-to-end lifecycle of IT recruitment, which includes sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and follow up
• Design and implement job descriptions and engage with potential candidates on social media platforms   
• Maintain a proactive pipeline of IT candidates
• Execute strategic global hiring programs as an IT talent recruiter 
• Attend career fairs and networking events

• 5+ years experience as an IT recruiter, or a similar role in the field of recruitment
• Strong technical expertise with the skillset to comprehend and communicate job requirements in the IT sector
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (workday preferred), Online Job Boards, and other computer systems
• Ability to efficiently balance and prioritize 15-20 job openings simultaneously  
• Ability to partner 
• Previous experience in corporate recruiting is preferred

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;
• office location and other geographic considerations;
• other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
