Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a school district in Ridgefield, Connecticut for the current school year. If you are passionate about helping elementary school students achieve their developmental goals and thrive in an educational setting, this is an exciting opportunity to make a difference.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' motor and sensory needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide occupational therapy to elementary school students.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic success.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Connecticut OT license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for working with children and helping them achieve their developmental goals.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time, onsite position, aligned with the school district's academic calendar for the current school year.

Caseload:

The caseload for this role primarily consists of elementary school students, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on their development.
