Electrical and Electronic Antenna Engineer, Lead

Key Role:

Researches, designs, develops, tests, or supervises the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment, components, or systems for commercial, industrial, military, or scientific use. Employs knowledge of electrical theory and materials properties. Applies basic principles, theories, and concepts with detailed industry knowledge. Solves routine problems of detailed scope and complexity.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in the design, development, and testing of active and passive antenna systems
  • Experience in the design, development, and testing of radar antenna systems, and the modeling and measurement of antenna near-field and far-field RF antenna patterns
  • Experience with SW tools used to model antenna design and performance
  • Experience in near-field antenna measurements
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in antenna engineering, or Master's degree in EE

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,700.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
