Are you a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for a rewarding opportunity to work with students and make a difference in their lives? We have an exciting position available in the Eugene, OR area and surrounding regions

Job Description:

As a School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapeutic intervention services to students with communication disorders. Working collaboratively with educators, parents, and other specialists, you will create personalized treatment plans to help students improve their communication skills and achieve academic success.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech and language disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and goals for each student.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, either individually or in group settings.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • Valid Oregon state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations is a plus.
