Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Position Available Near Dublin, CA

Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district near Dublin, CA. This is a full-time position with 35 hours per week, serving a caseload of 55 students ranging from PreK to Elementary grades. The contract duration for this position is from April 10th, 2024 to May 31st, 2024. If you are passionate about helping young students improve their communication skills and thrive academically, we encourage you to apply today.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to a caseload of 55 students.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic success.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and student records.
  • Attend and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • California state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Previous experience working with PreK and Elementary school-aged children is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
