Community Physician Network is seeking a Pulmonary and Critical Care physician to join our busy practice at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis, IN.
- Busy practice with inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
- Robust practice with Interventional Pulmonary & Pulmonary Hypertension clinics
- Shared call schedule; 1 weekend a month
- Nocturnist coverage
- Strong primary care referral base
- Advanced practitioner support in the clinic & in the hospital

Licensure & Certifications
