Soliantis seeking a passionate and qualified School Psychologist to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting the social, emotional, and academic success of our students.

About the Role:

As a School Psychologist, you will collaborate with educators, families, and community partners to provide comprehensive psychological services that promote student well-being and learning. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting individual psycho-educational assessments to identify learning strengths and weaknesses, emotional and behavioral concerns, and potential disabilities.
  • Developing and implementing individual interventions and support plans to address identified needs.
  • Consulting with teachers and staff to develop strategies for differentiated instruction and classroom management.
  • Providing crisis intervention and support to students experiencing emotional or behavioral difficulties.
  • Participating in multidisciplinary teams, including Individualized Education Program (IEP) and 504 meetings.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of school-wide initiatives to promote positive school climate and mental health.

Qualifications:

  • California School Psychologist License.
  • Master's degree in School Psychology or related field.
  • Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of child development, learning theories, and assessment practices.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to cultural competency and providing services in an inclusive and ethical manner.
