RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Conduct a maximum of 10 IAA mobile training sessions (MTT) within the “54”; execute the training in accordance with the previous existing NGB J2 Joint Incident Training (JIT) IAA course curriculum and government approved content.
- Update current Program of Instruction (POI) materials, course checklist, course schedule, class roster and coordinate with host units to reserve training facilities ensuring these facilities have adequate classroom space, audio and visual support, and other logistical considerations required to execute the course; Update and supplement IAA training and assistance products and publications
- Coordinate guest instructors to cover additional sections of the course to include interagency partners and other agencies.
- Review the course critiques provided by the students and provide a summary report on the class results and critique responses; maintain a roster of all trained IAA course graduates; monitor and recommend change requirements based on the feedback; coordinate a semi-annual IAA systems Requirements Review Board
- Assist in processing new Domestic Operations Awareness and Assessment Response Tool (DAART) account requests; ensure new account users signed the Authorized User Agreement and completed cyber training and intelligence oversight
- Coordinate the quarterly DAART conference calls with the “54” in which the NGB J237 Branch Chief will act as Chair; recommend a DAART sustainment plan to include recommended upgrades and fixes of software, identified internally and externally. Contractor shall participate in two NGB J2 DAART program reviews in preparation for NGB-J6 Requirements Review Boards. Contractor shall document all requirements recommended by the Board by means of a memorandum and delivered within seven days to the NGB J237 Branch Chief.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current Top Secret clearance and SSBI investigation with eligibility to be read on to SCI.
- At least 8 years of experience conducting analysis with at least a portion performing relevant duties in the past 2 years
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance and meet other eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
