Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in bilingual students.
  • Develop and implement customized therapy plans that address individual students' needs.
  • Provide speech therapy services to students in both English and the second language.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure effective communication strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • State licensure as an SLP.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and another language (Spanish, French, etc.).
  • Experience working in a school setting (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
