Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and licensed High School ELA Teacher to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. This position offers an exciting opportunity to educate and inspire high school students in the field of English Language Arts within a supportive and collaborative school environment.

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans and instructional materials that align with curriculum standards and promote student engagement in ELA.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning and academic growth.
- Assess student progress through ongoing formative and summative assessments, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.
- Utilize instructional technology and innovative teaching strategies to enhance learning experiences.
- Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and participate in professional development opportunities.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelors degree in Education, English, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Valid teaching license in ELA for high school level (grades 9-12).
- Previous teaching experience at the high school level preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ELA curriculum, instructional strategies, and assessment practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
