Position Type: Part-time (24 hours per week)

Caseload: Elementary with moderate/severe support needs

Compensation: $52 per hour

Spindle Staffing is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team and work with a school in Olympia, Washington. This part-time position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of elementary students with moderate to severe support needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct occupational therapy assessments to evaluate students' functional abilities and needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' fine motor skills, sensory integration, and activities of daily living.
  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success.

Special Requirements:

  • Valid Washington Occupational Therapist Certification
  • Previous experience working with elementary students with moderate/severe support needs preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay rate of $52 per hour
  • Part-time schedule (24 hours per week)
  • Weekly paychecks
