We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in New Haven, IN. This full-time, full-year position offers the opportunity to positively impact students' communication skills and academic achievement.

Job Description:

As a Speech-Language Pathologist contracted through Soliant Education, you will work within a dynamic and collaborative environment, delivering speech and language therapy services to students in various educational settings. You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders while working closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support each student's development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans based on each students needs and objectives.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students overall development and success.
  • Monitor and document students' progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans.
  • Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings, contributing to goal-setting and progress evaluation.
  • Stay current with the latest research and practices in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Indiana.
  • ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience working with school-aged children is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and school staff.
