Job Title: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Decatur, GA

Position Overview:

As a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy services to clients with communication disorders. You will work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and families to achieve therapy goals and promote optimal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services to clients with various communication needs.
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Valid state license or eligibility for licensure in Georgia.
  • Experience working with individuals with speech and language disorders preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
