Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Franklin Park, IL. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patients' needs.
  • Provide therapy sessions to improve speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to support patients' overall well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Valid license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Illinois.
  • Clinical competence certification (CCC) preferred.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
