Internal Medicine physician job in Colorado :

We are searching for a passionate Hospitalist to join our dedicated team at our Denver, CO facility. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional care to inpatients, guiding them on their road to recovery and improved quality of life.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations upon admission, gathering medical history and performing physical examinations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborating with nurses and specialists to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., labs, x-rays) to accurately diagnose and manage patient conditions.
  • Prescribe medications and treatments, monitoring effectiveness and adjusting as needed.
  • Educate patients and their families on their conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
  • Lead the medical team, fostering open communication and collaboration to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • MD degree with a valid Colorado medical license.
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine or related specialty.
