Accounts Receivable ClerkLocation: Houston, PA 15342Salary: $45,000-$55,000 Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to manage billing, collections, and administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership of key tasks, working with multiple teams, and supporting month-end processes without full journal entry responsibilities. Training will be provided for industry-specific processes. Key Responsibilities of the AR Clerk Role Manage billing processes for customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. The AR Clerk will handle accounts receivable tasks, including collections for key clients (e.g., EQT, Range Resources). Support office administration tasks such as safety documentation, onboarding, and invoice approvals. Reconcile bank accounts and assist with month-end reporting. The AR Clerk will process some payables and expense reports as needed. The AR Clerk will maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and other documentation using Excel and Deltek. Enter ticket and job information into Go Forms. Qualifications of the AR Clerk Role Previous experience in billing, accounts receivable, or office administration preferred. Comfortable using Deltek, Excel, and other office software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively.
